Job summary

CoreWeave seeks an experienced Site Selection Manager for the Americas to identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and broader Americas region. You will ensure diligence is thorough, coordinating with stakeholders from feasibility through delivery readiness.

You will support lease negotiations, track milestones, and manage site documentation with cross-functional teams to align technical and commercial requirements.

Qualifications

• Identify and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and the Americas.
• Coordinate feasibility reviews with internal stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Track deal progression and maintain accurate pipeline records.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and the Americas markets.
• Lead site-level due diligence including power, capacity, permitting, and environmental considerations.
• Support lease negotiations and deal reviews with Real Estate and Legal teams.
• Maintain site records and monitor deal health in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Capacity Planning, Networking, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
