Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Site Selection Manager for the Americas to identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and the broader Americas region.

You will lead due diligence, power and zoning reviews, and lease negotiations to move projects from screening to delivery readiness. In this role, you will coordinate with Engineering, Capacity Planning, Finance, Legal, and external partners, ensuring data integrity and timely milestones while aligning technical

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data center site selection, infrastructure development, commercial real estate, or related fields.
• Experience navigating complex due diligence and feasibility workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deals and meet deadlines in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and Americas markets.
• Lead site-level due diligence including power, capacity, substation access, zoning, permitting, and environmental considerations.
• Support lease negotiations and commercial structuring with Real Estate and Legal teams.
• Track deal progression, milestones, and deliverables from LOI through execution.
• Maintain accurate site records and monitor deal health in Salesforce and internal tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Capacity Planning, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
