Job summary

CoreWeave is expanding its Americas footprint and seeks an experienced Site Selection Manager to identify and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and Americas.

You will coordinate power, permitting, fiber, and zoning feasibility, and work with Finance, Legal, and Real Estate to move deals from LOI to execution. You will manage due diligence and deal progression, ensuring timely handoffs to delivery and operations.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in data center site selection, infrastructure development, or related fields.
• Know-how of U.S. and Americas data center markets, including utility infrastructure.
• Experience leading commercial lease negotiations and due diligence workflows.
• Ability to manage high-volume project pipelines with accuracy and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across U.S. and Americas markets.
• Lead site-level due diligence including power, substation access, fiber, zoning, permits, env. considerations.
• Support lease negotiations and commercial structuring with Real Estate and Legal.
• Track deal progression and prepare executive deal review materials.
