Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Site Selection Manager for the Americas to identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and Americas, coordinating with internal teams to align technical, commercial, and delivery timelines.

In this on-site role, you will lead due diligence, manage lease negotiations, track milestones from LOI to close, and ensure accurate pipeline documentation in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data center site selection, infrastructure development, commercial real estate, or related fields.
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. and Americas data center markets, including utility infrastructure and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience facilitating or leading commercial lease negotiations and executing complex due diligence workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and the Americas; support metro strategy development.
• Lead site-level due diligence including power, utility capacity, zoning, permitting, and environmental considerations.
• Support lease negotiations and commercial structuring in partnership with Real Estate and Legal.
• Track deal progression, milestones, and deliverables from LOI through execution.
• Maintain accurate site records and status updates in Salesforce and internal tracking systems.
• Coordinate with Transaction Analysts, Program Managers, and Site Diligence teams.
• Serve as the primary site-level coordination across Engineering, Capacity Planning, Networking, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Manage relationships with brokers, landlords, utilities, consultants, and development partners.
