Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Regional Data Center Operations Manager in the United States. You will own end-to-end regional builds, coordinate with Project Management and Build Leads, and drive on-site execution for data center deployments.

You will lead a hands-on team, manage supply chain activities, ensure safety compliance, and travel up to 40% to sites across the region. This role offers a competitive base, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of computer hardware experience.
• 2+ years of Linux operating system experience.
• 4+ years of fiber/ethernet cabling experience.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience.
• Excellent time management and accountability.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Hands-on leadership across data center teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deploy data center sites within your region.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with PMs, Program Managers, and regional Data Center Managers.
• Coordinate with Tiger Team Build Leads to keep builds on schedule.
• Set weekly goals and contingency plans for builds.
• Attend capacity and build sync meetings and relay updates to stakeholders.
• Travel to sites to provide hands-on support and decision making.
• Ensure site safety and lead toolbox talks.
