Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Manager of Site Selection to identify and advance strategic land opportunities across the United States. You will build pipelines, manage acquisition transactions, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Development, and Operations to ensure sites meet growth objectives.

The role emphasizes hands-on sourcing, market intelligence, and disciplined risk management, with a focus on execution speed and strong commercial judgment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center site selection, land acquisition, or related field.
• Experience sourcing off-market opportunities and coordinating multidisciplinary due diligence.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and written/executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or real estate-related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source on-market and off-market land opportunities within an assigned region.
• Manage transactions from sourcing through closing with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare investment memoranda and support underwriting and approvals.
• Coordinate due diligence, risk assessment, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate across Development, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations to execute sites.
