Job summary

Belto Inc. is seeking a fully remote lead role within BELTO Consulting to manage the Americas pipeline for consulting engagements.

You will collaborate with operating and engineering leadership and guide qualification, proposals, and negotiations with delivery leads present from the start. The position requires a proven close record in North America, the ability to build multi-threaded client relationships, and comfort with various commercial structures.

Qualifications

• Proven closing record for professional or engineering services in North America.
• Ability to build multi-threaded relationships inside a client organisation.
• Command of commercial structures: fixed scope, retainer, milestone and instalment terms.
• Self-direction in a fully remote operating model.

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas pipeline for consulting engagements and the forecast that goes with it.
• Develop relationships with operating and engineering leadership, not only procurement.
• Run qualification, proposal and negotiation with delivery leads attached from the start.
• Manage time-zone coverage and scheduling discipline across a distributed client base.
• Report weekly on pipeline movement with the reason behind each change.
