Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Services Resource Manager to lead NAM/LATAM capacity planning, forecast bench, and align with sales pipelines. You will drive data hygiene, AI-enabled resourcing, and regional vendor management to improve margins and delivery quality.

Collaborate with PS Practice Managers and Executives, maintain transparent project health in Asana, and conduct quarterly skills audits to staff Cortex and Cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Professional Services Resource Management or Delivery Operations in a SaaS/Enterprise setting.
• Hands-on experience with Clarizen/Planview and data analytics tools.
• Forecast calibration, billable utilization, and margin optimization expertise.
• Ability to adopt AI tools to scale resourcing operations.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in managing milestones and plans in Asana.
• RMCP certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own NAM/LATAM capacity model and forecast rhythms with Practice Managers and Services Sales.
• Align bench with SFDC pipelines, QE templates, and backlog data.
• Drive data hygiene and automate forecast lookahead routines.
• Partner with Vendor Management to optimize regional delivery and margins.
• Operationalize AI tools to streamline headcount intake and meeting synthesis.
• Enforce policies supporting enterprise financial targets and billable utilization.
• Lead quarterly skills matrix audits for Cortex and Cloud deployments.
• Maintain real-time project tracking in Asana for regional RMO projects.
