Job summary

Cisco is seeking an Americas Business Intelligence & Analytics (BIA) Leader to set vision, roadmap, and behaviors for success across the BIA organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy and Planning, you will guide analytics across PowerBI, SalesAI, and Executive dashboards, partnering with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will lead a team of analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists to build scalable data models, deliver actionable insights, and drive automation

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Sales BI/Analytics and Operations
• Minimum BA/BS degree; MBA preferred
• Experience with BI tools PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, Einstein Analytics, Looker

Responsibilities

• Set vision and roadmaps for the Americas BIA organization.
• Advise leadership, modernize BI approaches, and deliver enterprise dashboards.
• Lead analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists in design of analytics framework.
• Build data models and visualizations; enable automation for field analytics.
