• 5+ years in sales operations or revenue operations with forecasting ownership.
• Advanced Salesforce reporting/dashboards and data quality governance.
• Hands-on Clari forecasting methodology and adoption across sales teams.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into executive narratives.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own AMER forecast end-to-end with regional consolidation and commentary.
• Create executive-ready materials for reviews and planning cycles.
• Set forecasting governance and data standards across the team.
• Challenge territory forecasts and identify gaps in assumptions.
• Build dashboards and reports to provide self-serve visibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CS, Channel, Revenue Ops, and Enablement.
