Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate amenity spaces and collect requirements from building owners and tenants through a structured, collaborative process.
  • Recommend improvements and optimization strategies for shared conference and meeting spaces, including audio/visual and technology enhancements.
  • Provide audio/visual, technology, and concierge support for conferences, meetings, events, and forums.
  • Coordinate and integrate services delivered by multiple providers to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Schedule and coordinate the use of building amenities and shared spaces, including conference rooms, hearing rooms, and auditoriums.
  • Conduct ongoing demand and capacity analyses to improve utilization and service delivery.
  • Develop service descriptions, operating procedures, and tenant guidance materials.
  • Establish and maintain performance measures for amenity services.
  • Support logistics operations, documentation efforts, training activities, and technology-enabled workplace services.

Job description

The Senior Customer Account Manager will support an integrated customer account management program that serves current and prospective Government tenants. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating services across multiple organizations, managing tenant requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of customer support services. The selected professional will serve as a critical liaison among tenant organizations, service providers, and Government stakeholders while promoting exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Four (4) years of experience in logistics, tenant services, concierge services, audio/visual support, technology support, or workplace services support.

Background Investigation

This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
