The Program Manager / Engagement Manager serves as the senior leader responsible for overall contract performance, strategic planning, workforce management, quality assurance, risk management, and Government engagement. The position oversees a multidisciplinary real estate services team that includes Portfolio and Asset Management, Customer Account Management, Data and Performance Analytics, Occupancy and Space Management, Real Estate Financial Analysis, and Amenity Services. The Program Manager ensures the successful integration of all functional areas, drives operational excellence, and delivers high-quality solutions that support Government real estate and workplace management objectives.

This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
