Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of administrative support staff to ensure smooth workflow and operation of the department.
• Conducts hiring, performance reviews, counseling/disciplinary action and termination of office staff.
• Manages patient admissions, registration, insurance verification, prior authorizations, scheduling and patient financial counseling.
