Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an ASC Administrator to oversee daily operations of an ambulatory surgical center, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accrediting standards. This role covers clinical, administrative, and business office functions, with responsibility for budgeting, staffing, marketing, and coordination of medical care.

The Administrator will lead physician relations, drive growth, and manage the center's P&L, while reporting to the Director of Operations or Regional VP

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of supervisory/management experience.
• Knowledge of state, federal and accrediting body regulations (AAAHC) and healthcare standards.
• Experience budgeting and personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards.
• Oversee clinical, administrative, and business office operations.
• Plan, organize, delegate, coordinate, budget, and market services.
• Supervise medical personnel and coordinate medical care with supporting services.
• Develop and implements growth initiatives and operational improvements.
