The role drives growth, ensures high quality patient care, and leads a team of staff through mentoring and performance management. A nursing background with management experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have an RN license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• ACLS/PALS within six months if ASC pediatrics assigned.
• 3–5 years healthcare management experience.
• 1+ year leading clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site operations to ensure quality, timely, cost-effective services.
• Leads provider relations to meet operational and partnership needs.
• Ensures compliance with policies, regulations and standards.
• Hires, mentors, and evaluates staff; fosters engagement and growth.
• Leads physician recruitment to attract providers and grow the practice.
• Oversees site marketing activities and financial stewardship.
• Develops budgets, monitors performance, and ensures goals are met.
• Drives quality care, patient safety and process improvements.
