Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a site administrator to provide leadership for ambulatory/outpatient operations. You will oversee operations, capital purchases, strategy, business development and relationship with physician partners to ensure a high-quality patient experience.

The role includes supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, guiding budgeting and financial performance, and driving growth with market leadership in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health services administration, nursing or related field.
• 5–7 years of healthcare management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the site(s) operations to ensure quality, timely and cost-effective services.
• Ensure compliance with system-wide policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Hire, mentor, develop and evaluate staff to promote engagement and performance.
• Lead growth and physician recruitment efforts to strengthen the site and partnerships.
• Oversee site marketing activities and community image with local partners.
• Ensure financial stewardship, budgeting, and monitoring of performance metrics.
