Job summary

Regent Surgical Health seeks a Center Administrator to plan, organize, and direct all activities of the facility in line with policy, procedures, philosophy and objectives.

Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and accrediting rules; manage environment of care, personnel, materials/equipment, education, and administrative duties; promote a favorable image to physicians, patients, insurers, and the public.

Qualifications

• Two years of college-level education in business, nursing, or healthcare administration.
• Evidence of leadership abilities.
• Business-management and financial-management experience.
• Healthcare-management experience.
• BLS certification may be required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Communicate center's mission, vision, and values to all staff.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff in goal setting and problem solving.
• Define performance objectives and metrics for the center.
• Assess staff competence in a timely manner.
• Recruit and retain physician utilization through marketing and public relations.
• Model healthy work environment and adapt to change.
• Collaborate with other centers to solve ongoing issues affecting goals and patient care.
• Demonstrate fiscal accountability and manage assets and inventory.
