Job summary

ELM Management Services, LLC is seeking an ASC Administrator to oversee all administrative aspects of the ambulatory surgery center. You will coordinate staffing, compliance, credentialing, and regulatory requirements while collaborating with the Medical Director and Governing Body to meet facility goals.

The role requires RN licensure with 3–5 years in a surgery center. Strong communication, policy development, and QA program leadership are essential; applicants must meet pre-employment

Qualifications

• Must be a current and licensed Registered Nurse.
• 3–5 years in a surgery center environment.
• Certified Administrator Surgery Center Certification preferred.
• Background screening and health tests may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative requirements of the ASC and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor staffing levels and meetings; support staffing needs.
• Maintain AAAHC, state and federal compliance and accreditation.
• Coordinate quality improvement and infection control programs with the Clinical Director.
• Ensure compliance training and credentialing for providers and staff.
