Job summary

EyeSouth Partners is seeking an experienced Facility Administrator for an Ambulatory Surgery Center. You will direct operations, collaborate with Medical Director and Nurse Manager, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality patient care.

Roles include leading staff, managing budgets, improving processes, and coordinating with Revenue Cycle and corporate teams to sustain efficient operations. A RN license and BLS/ACLS are required, with 3+ years of ambulatory surgery management

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ambulatory surgery operations management experience
• Nurse license required (RN)
• BLS & ACLS Certification required
• Strong financial aptitude with experience managing a P&L
• Ability to work beyond normal hours including weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the assigned facility according to policies, protocols, orders and regulations
• Drive efficiencies using continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Nurse Manager to meet regulatory standards
• Oversee scheduling, registration, medical records, billing and collections
• Lead staff development and ensure effective communication across departments
• Prepare ad hoc reports and participate in Governing Body meetings
