RGP is seeking an experienced Surgery Center Administrator to lead operations, strategy, and financial performance for a growing ambulatory healthcare organization in Orange, CA. This executive role focuses on physician partnerships, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years of healthcare leadership, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive healthcare leadership with increasing operational and financial responsibility
• 3+ years of executive-level leadership with direct responsibility for organizational performance and P&L management
• Experience leading outpatient/ambulatory care facilities, physician organizations, or similar healthcare environments
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, operational performance management, and strategic planning experience
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong physician, executive, and stakeholder relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategic, operational, financial, and clinical performance of the healthcare services organization.
• Develop and execute growth strategies focused on operational excellence, service expansion, and market development.
• Maintain full accountability for budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, revenue growth, profitability, and KPIs.
• Partner with physicians and executive leadership to drive business performance and growth initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.
• Lead quality, patient safety, compliance, risk management, and accreditation readiness programs.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor leaders across clinical, operational, and administrative functions.
• Provide executive reporting and strategic recommendations to governance bodies.
• Represent the organization in the healthcare community to foster growth and market presence.
