Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, seeks an Ambulatory Service Representative III to support financial review, patient services, appointments, and medical records duties at our Houston-area sites. You will collaborate with a multi-provider team to ensure accurate registration, billing, and scheduling.

The role requires strong English communication, EMR familiarity, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of medical office experience including customer service, registration and scheduling.
• EMR experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic internet.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial review, patient service, PBX operations and appointments clerk duties as assigned by site manager.
