Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years medical office experience or 1+ year KSC Ambulatory Service Rep II.
• EMR experience and familiarity with medical terminology.
• Fluent in English, strong MS Office skills and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial reviewer tasks and patient service duties.
• Operate PBX, schedule appointments and manage medical records.
• Assist site manager and maintain accuracy in records and billing.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
