Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years medical office experience or 1+ year KSC Ambulatory Service Representative II experience.
• EMR experience and familiarity with medical terminology.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office and web/Internet; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• The ASR III performs detailed duties as a financial reviewer, patient service representative, PBX operator, appointments clerk and/or medical records clerk. Additional duties assigned by the site manager.
