Job summary

SIMEDHealth in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Full-Time Division Manager for our Primary Care and First Care clinics. The role focuses on leading daily clinic operations, supervising staff, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring regulatory compliance to deliver quality care.

The Division Manager will train staff, manage scheduling and clinical workflows, and collaborate with providers to maintain high patient satisfaction and optimal clinic performance.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or higher (experience may substitute for education)
• 3-5 years minimum in a previous medical office or hospital setting.
• 3-5 years minimum in a supervisory role
• Previous experience in a leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the independent management of daily clinic operations.
• Directly supervise and evaluate clinic staff.
• Schedule employees and monitor PTO; ensure clinic is staffed for operation.
• Coordinate patient flow with providers and front/back office teams.
• Train staff and coordinate orientation for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/CLIA/HIPAA and SIMEDHealth policies.
• Manage clinic supplies and budgeting; handle AR as needed.
• Oversee patient appointments and ensure schedules are full.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve patient and operational issues.
