Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Associate's Degree (Preferred)
• 2 years - Experience with patient registration and scheduling, medical insurance screening and verification (Required)

Responsibilities

• Register and schedule patients' appointments by telephone.
• Communicate with parents, patients, physicians and staff in a courteous manner.
• Obtain and verify patient information for accurate scheduling and records.
• Schedule appointments per departmental guidelines and serve as liaison between Call Center and clinic.
• Enter notes in the system and document forms accurately.
