Qualifikationen

• RN license required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required within 30 days of start date
• Pre-op/post-anesthesia care experience preferred

• Evaluate patients prior to surgery
• Provide patient and family education regarding procedures and peri-operative process
• Prepare patients including IV therapy and preoperative meds
• Assist with surgical site verification and universal protocols
• Identify and respond to patient emergencies
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care
• Collaborate with surgeons, techs and other team members
• Apply nursing process with critical thinking and leadership
• Monitor patient condition and document changes
• Educate patients and families about conditions and follow-up care
