• Maintain scheduling accuracy and assign appointments per referral instructions.
• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound scheduling calls.
• Generate daily reports for hospitalist patient work distribution.
• Communicate scheduling outcomes and referral status to stakeholders.
• Escalate scheduling barriers to leadership or clinic personnel.
