Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set strategic goals with analysis and projections for business success.
• Review and renew or establish standard operating procedures for organizational operations, including compliance.
• Oversee and provide direct oversight of PSRs, MAs and clinical operations.
• Hire, train and monitor administrative operations.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop business strategies and patient services.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to health and safety standards.
