White Plains Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operational and fiscal activities of ambulatory departments. The role ensures smooth non-clinical and clinical personnel management, budget tracking, and coordination with Revenue Cycle and Quality initiatives.

The candidate will develop and implement staffing plans, monitor performance, and drive service excellence. Strong multitasking, communication, and independent working abilities are required for success.

Formación

• High School required; higher degrees (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters) preferred.
• 5+ years’ hospital ambulatory management experience preferred.
• Basic medical terminology, and Electronic Scheduling/EMR experience required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong multitasking and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and fiscal management of the department.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Support Revenue Cycle, quality, and patient service initiatives.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communications and ensure regulatory compliance.
