Job summary

New Jersey Urology | Central & South Regions is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of its ambulatory locations. You will partner with physicians and administrators to ensure efficient patient flow, high-quality care, and a positive workplace culture.

The role oversees staffing, scheduling, revenue and expenses, and compliance while leveraging data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Strong leadership and healthcare operations experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate with progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions to improve access, quality and efficiency.
• Experience in recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Strong collaboration with physicians, APPs and leaders across the organization.
• Knowledge of ambulatory practice operations and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily practice operations, staffing, workflows, resources, patient flow and coordination across front-office, clinical, scheduling, and provider teams.
• Serves as the primary operational partner to physicians and providers to improve efficiency, access, growth and communication.
• Owns financial and business results including P&L, budgets, revenue, productivity, labor costs and expenses.
• Leads staffing, scheduling and deployment of resources based on patient volumes and provider schedules.
• Promotes accountability, collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement across the practice.
