Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 5 years RN experience; ambulatory clinic experience preferred.
• 2 years leadership experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the clinical team; hire, train and evaluate staff.
• Ensure department complies with regulations and standards.
• Manage budget including staffing, equipment, and supplies.
• Collaborate with clinicians to improve care quality and efficiency.
• Implement processes to improve patient care outcomes.
• Suggest strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
• Maintain facility safety and conduct health policy adherence.
