Job summary

NJU MSO LLC seeks an experienced Operations Leader to drive performance across NJU practices. You will oversee Practice Managers, set expectations, and ensure accountability for operational, financial, and service standards.

You will lead improvements in patient access, capacity, physician partnerships, and clinical operations, while developing talent and scaling programs across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Practice Operations & Performance: Lead NJU Practice Managers, set expectations for operational, financial, clinical, people, and service performance; review performance and execute action plans.
• Financial & Business Performance: Manage practice-level P&Ls, budgets, revenue, expenses, labor, productivity, and other drivers; monitor performance vs. targets.
• Patient Access, Capacity & Growth: Improve patient access, scheduling efficiency, patient flow, and capacity; support growth and new services.
• Physician Partnership: Build strong relationships with physicians and leadership; align priorities with organizational operating expectations.
• Clinical Operations: Lead clinical operations across NJU practices; standardize workflows, staffing, and care models.
• People Leadership & Organizational Capability: Set expectations and coach Practice Managers; develop talent.
