Job summary

Responsibilities include registration, insurance verification, copay collection, and coordination of patient itineraries. Prior health care or customer service experience is preferred, with a focus on patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• 1+ years customer service or health care experience.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• College coursework toward an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Experience with registration and scheduling in a health care setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients at the front desk.
• Answer calls and manage MyChart/EMR appointment requests.
• Process copays, registrations, and insurance verification.
• Schedule follow ups and coordinate patient itineraries across visits.
• Support MyChart activation and clinic checkout processes.
