Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in a related field and/or 6 months Front of House experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and guests in a friendly manner.
• Provides navigation assistance to patients and guests.
• Uses the EHR to perform patient check-in, registration, and check-out.
• Handles co-payments, self-pay, and balances.
• Verifies insurance accuracy via Real Time Eligibility and Benefit Engine.
• Maintains neat and sanitized workspaces and patient areas.
• Manages cash handling, daily reconciliation, and patient payments.
• Provides scheduling support for providers and departments.
• Supports providers with urgent requests and time-sensitive patient needs.
