NYU Langone Health Is seeking an Ambulatory Care Nurse (FGP) in Brooklyn, Hematology Oncology. The nurse will coordinate and implement nursing practices, participate in quality initiatives, and collaborate with licensed providers to develop patient-centered plans of care.

The role includes administering treatments, monitoring responses, educating patients and families, and ensuring high-quality patient care across the care continuum.

Competenze

• Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York.
• If hired after 9/1/25: Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Associate Degree may be approved with 2 years experience and BSN enrollment within 2 years.
• Basic Life Support Certification required.
• Two years nursing experience in applicable area is required.

Mansioni

• Performs physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
• Collects patient health history.
• Records information in electronic health record.
• Administers medications and provides wound care.
• Triage for clinical concerns and coordinates care with licensed providers.
• Supports nursing practice and clinical policies/events quality initiatives.
