Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in New York required.

• Basic Life Support Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
• Records information in electronic health record.
• Administers medications and provides patient triage as directed.
• Collaborates with licensed providers to develop patient care plans.
• Ensures patient safety and supports quality initiatives.
