Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse in New York with valid NYS license.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing as applicable by NYU standards.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical examinations and assesses patient needs.
• Administers medications and provides patient education.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team and writes care plans.
• Documents in electronic health record and ensures patient safety.
• Engages in quality improvement activities and adherence to policies.
• Triage and respond to clinical concerns in ambulatory setting.
