Qualifications

• 3 years supervisory experience required.
• 3 years operational experience in an ambulatory practice setting required.
• 2 years clinical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, with guidance from the Ambulatory Administrator.
• Manages personnel, supplies, equipment, and patient financial interactions including copayments and cash handling.
• Implements systems to standardize communications between offices and establish clear responsibilities and expectations.
