UF Health in Gainesville seeks a Clinic Operations Manager to lead the operational and front-end financial functions of the clinic.

You will supervise non-provider staff, develop market strategy for services, and build relationships with local providers to grow patient volume.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and several years of supervisory experience in a medical setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field is required.
• Minimum of three years supervisory/management experience required.
• Five years of experience managing a medical practice; an associate's degree may substitute for the bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Epic software system preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general direction, coordination and supervision of operational and front-end financial operations of the clinic.
• Directly manage all clinic non-provider staff.
• Market clinic services and network with local providers and referral sources to facilitate practice growth.
