UF Health seeks a Multispecialty Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations across Gastrointestinal Surgery, Surgical Oncology, Plastic Surgery, and ENT. You will oversee clinical and clerical staff, manage resources and patient financial interactions, and partner with Ambulatory/Operations Administrators to uphold service excellence.

The role emphasizes team development, policy adherence, and coordination in a matrix environment to drive growth in Northeast Florida.

Qualifications

3 years Supervisory experience required.
3 years Operational experience in a clinical outpatient setting required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associates Healthcare, Administration or Business preferred.

Responsabilités

Promote financial viability by monitoring revenue, expenditures, and resources.
Supervise non-provider staff: organize work, counsel, schedule, monitor productivity, and payroll.
Participate in hiring, staff orientation, training and scheduling; ensure competencies.
Provide staffing models ensuring workload coverage and cross-training.
Coach staff to improve customer service and accountability.
Oversee billing compliance, cash handling, and encounter processing.
Resolve patient complaints through effective communication among staff and providers.
Implement quality improvement programs and action plans to meet goals.
