Qualifications

• 7-9 years clinical experience in OBGYN required.

• New York State license as a Registered Nurse required.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of standardized clinical and administrative workflows across all OB/GYN practice sites.
• Oversee end-to-end panel management for NPs and CNMs, ensuring appropriate panel size and balanced caseloads.
• Monitor patient experience data to drive sustained improvement in satisfaction scores.
• Ensure care coordination workflows across prenatal-to-postpartum and gynecologic care continuum.
• Serve as the departmental operational leader for regulatory, accreditation, and certification activities.
• Develop and retain a diverse, mission-aligned workforce and lead nursing leadership.
