Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Master's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Current North Carolina RN licensure; BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations for the Hillsborough Family Practice clinic.
• Lead nursing staff, coordinate scheduling, hiring, performance appraisals.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
