Qualifications

• Graduate-level or professional experience in healthcare administration preferred.
• Minimum of three years of related administrative or clinic management experience.
• Experience in ambulatory or outpatient clinic operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations including patient flow, scheduling, access metrics and service recovery.
• Supervise and coordinate clinic staff (non-nursing) including scheduling and performance evaluation.
• Monitor operational metrics (volumes, productivity, access, wait times) to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate with nursing/clinical leads to ensure safety, regulatory, and infection control compliance.
• Participate in budget development and monitoring, optimizing labor and supply costs.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and standard work processes to improve patient outcomes.
