Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC, seeks a Nurse Manager, Ambulatory to lead nursing and patient care in ambulatory clinics with a focus on safety, quality, and patient experience. You will partner with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize staffing, workflows, and resource allocation, while driving budget discipline and continuous improvement.

Excellence in communication and team development is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• Current RN licensure in NC or compact state; BLS certification required.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience with at least one year in a leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and accountability for ambulatory clinic nursing and patient care.
• Align staffing models and workflows to optimize patient flow and quality outcomes.
• Supervise and evaluate all clinic staff; ensure competency and professional development.
• Monitor regulatory, accreditation, and infection prevention standards.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop and monitor clinic budgets and labor costs.
• Lead quality improvement and population health initiatives.
• Support onboarding and ongoing staff development and serve as liaison for patients, staff and providers.
