Job summary

Duke Primary Care Hillsborough is seeking a Nurse Manager, AC to lead clinical operations in our family practice. This role oversees patient care coordination, staffing, and multi-specialty nursing services within the clinic, ensuring safety and quality.

You will develop processes to improve efficiency, manage budgets and equipment, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies. The position requires a BSN, NC RN licensure, and at least three years of nursing leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Three years of nursing experience is required.
• Current North Carolina RN licensure and BCLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Clinic Oversight: Manage patient care and personnel in the DUHS clinic.
• Operational Efficiency: Develop processes to enhance clinic operations and quality improvement.
• Policy Development: Develop and monitor policies for ambulatory care site.
• Program Implementation: Plan and evaluate ambulatory services and activities.
