Capital Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Manager to provide strategic and operational nursing leadership for clinical practices in the 3rd and 4th floors of the 2150 Pennsylvania Ave building, ensuring safe, patient-centered care. This onsite role leads two Nurse Supervisors and four Lead Medical Assistants, with oversight of 19 nurses and 26 Medical Assistants.

• Education: BSN from an accredited nursing program required; Master’s preferred.
• Licensure: Current DC RN license required; BLS certification required or obtained.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive clinical nursing; 3 years in nursing leadership strongly preferred.
• Experience: Managing clinical teams, staffing, workflows, and quality initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct leadership, coaching, and performance management for Nurse Supervisors and Lead Medical Assistants.
• Oversees nursing and Medical Assistant operations across assigned practices.
• Establishes performance expectations and ensures policy adherence.
• Leads regular leadership meetings to review staffing, workflow, and priorities.
• Partners with HR on employee relations and performance improvement.
