Job summary

Jobtome is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift in the ambulatory care setting. You will provide direct patient care, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to policies under the supervision of the shift supervisor.

The role involves a wide range of ages and requires strong patient education and coordination with UH departments. Essential qualifications include NM RN licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and bilingual communication abilities.

Qualifications

• RN license in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish or other) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, direct patient care using the nursing process in ambulatory settings
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff
• Assist with tests, procedures and complex treatments
• Document and communicate patient education for patients and families
• Administer medications and routine treatments
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and clinics
• Ensure accurate medical records and follow-up on results
• Respond to emergencies and ensure patient safety
• Support orientation and evaluation of new personnel
