Job summary

Jobtome is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, direct patient care in an ambulatory setting with clinical leadership responsibilities. The role includes mentorship, education for patients and families, and coordination with physicians and hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care.

The position involves night shifts and requires a NM RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and bilingual capabilities in English and additional languages as noted.

Qualifications

• Must possess nursing degree from an accredited program.
• State RN license for NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement.
• CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, direct patient care using the nursing process in ambulatory setting.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff.
• Coordinate patient care with other UH departments and clinics.
• Administer medications and perform routine treatments.
• Assist physician with tests, procedures and complex treatments.
• Document medical history, triage and initiate care for walk-in patients.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assist with patient education for patients and families.
