Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support clinical and non-clinical patient services under supervision. You will take vital signs, document information, schedule appointments, and assist care teams to optimize patient flow.

This onsite role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of medical terminology and EHR systems. Prior experience is not required beyond 0-1 year; BLS and CMA credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties and liaise with departments while advocating for patients.
• Collect blood, tissue, or other specimens and prepare them for testing.
