Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent.
• Two years of verifiable full-time MA experience within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to MA scope of practice and policies.
• Performs rooming/visit tasks: vital signs, med reconciliation, history, screenings.
• Assists provider with procedures and lab duties as ordered.
• Performs CLIA-waived tests and related diagnostics.
• Administers medications and vaccines per rights and orders.
• Maintains clean, stocked work areas and proper equipment.
